I don't know what to call this or if it can be done.
Say I have a group of people working for me for a pay rate. I set up projects for them to complete, they agree to the pay. It would be cool if once the project is done the pay gets removed from my inventory and placed into the "employees" inventory. It would help the economy I think. It could be an option when you set up a project. Idk, I hope this makes sense. What do you all think?

Oh, I remember suggestions like this, but where like the finish product gets put into the inventories of whoever worked with it, rather than starter and then sorted from there. That one I think was rejected because of when multiple people work on something, how would it split it, and would it record total time/tick time/ etc.

I don't really see what difference it would make, other than giving someone another reason not to log in (I.E. Pay employees, ask for pay)

It gets confusing when you are trying to provide for a whole town and you have so many different things going on. I see your point about not logging on, but sometimes I log on a someone wants payment and I don't have time so I just ignore and wait. Also waiting for payment for days cause the person isn't logging on anyway is no fun imo. As far as multiple people working on the project, that's fine with me, only one guy is gettin' payed. He or she can dole out the other peoples cut.

What I mean to say is that I don't see how this feature would add anything to the game..

It would not promote interaction and would make for more lazy bosses/leaders which is exactly what we do not need.

Okay. I think the feature would add to the game by growing communities and advancing the economy forward. It will give an easier time for people to do business with each other. Keeping people together, adding different more viable relationships to form. People will want to work together and know they will be compensated. It will be easier for newspawns to get work and start off their lives on a better foot. There are a lot of newspawns out there that come to life and ask for work and either get ignored or under payed for their work. Sometimes people just don't have time to hold every newspawns hand. Then you see far to many sleep to death. I think that anything that helps new people stay in the game and establish themselves the better the game will be in the long run. End rant, I suck at this and wish I could communicate my thoughts better.

We all have the same wants but feel different about the outcome of the change. Oh well we will just keep the same level of lazy bosses and non interaction that we currently have. What can we do to make it better?

Yeah, let's add bots and automatise every action in game, so we wouldn't have to worry about nothing.
