Rotting hole

Postby JackTR » Sat Sep 08, 2007 7:47 pm

After sometime you will get stuck with alot of animals products. We don't want just to put it outside, because it's messy.
Why not to dig a hole, throw all the unwanted stuff in there and after sometime (quiker then just outside) they will... gone.
It can be just animal products and food, or even some other stuff like stone and wood (not realistic, I know - but also a quarry that never ends).

Dig a small rotting hole with your bare hands, but for a large one you'll need a shovel.
In case you'll regret you can take out your stuff (just like a normal container), if it's still there (unlike a normal container).

what do you think?

I know there's been suggestions about chucking it all in the sea, but I'm not sure whether this one has been suggested.
A compost heap, with quicker rot than naturally. Seems good to me.

And what about places without see or lake?

Jack, there are far more suggestions than ever will get implemented, and I don't think this is a bad one. But whether it's a big job to program, whether it can be misused, by vandals throwing perfectly good things in, etc have to be considered.

The ones that can be put in the hole can be limited to what can be classified as waste product maybe.

Couldn't you just drag bodies into it and be done with them then? Would eliminate the need for burial.
I don't actually swim all that often
