Counting people
You enter The Quillanoi Prison - QuillQuill, where you see 0 people, leaving the central area of Quillanoi.
First, i'd say it would be easy enough to change that to say, 'where you see no one'.
And fair enough when you walk into a room and see four or five people, you can say that. But when you walk into the town centre your not really going to go, 'Looks like theres 47 people out here'. I'd just say, 'Looks like theres a lot of people out here'. You know?

People don't change....perceptions do.

Things are fine as they are, i'd say, cant really see this making a huge difference overall anyways to be honest, as i tend to ignore that message most of the time anyways, 'less i'm looking for a building to rob

I have a character that not only keeps track of numbers of people, but also the number of armed and armored people, and keeps indepth profiles of most people he sees in his travels. It is slightly dull at times, but an important job and it allows me to "remember" just about everything that any specific person owns, who their friends are, and quote many things that they said.
