Disgusies

Postby swymir » Tue Jul 22, 2003 5:31 pm

A personwshould be able to disguise themself so that they don't look like they use to. This might make your status to everone else appear as man in his twenties (women in her twenties) ect. Maybe make some kind of mask. With (if you want to get advanced) a way to maybe discover who it really is. Maybe if yu get hit by something your mask gets cut of breaks and people see who it really is.

cool idea, with clothes I was hoping to suggest something similar, where large hoods concela your face and identity.

But wouldn't a mask be a bit obvious? perhaps you could use make up? (plenty of scope with that for thins like cross dressing etc ;) )

Mybe it could be freakily awesome Mission Impossible masks and to make one would require rubber and maybe a few other things.

well, the Mission Impossible masks would be pretty impossible to make in Cantr as well :) probaly being made of lots of synthetic materials, but I still think make up would be a viable alternative. Fake beard and pair of sunglasses anyone?

I like this idea. Maybe disgusing yourself could be a project, like lockpicking, with a chance of failure. You would need scissors to cut your hair and some berries to dye it, and different clothes when they are in the game. If you succeed then everyone sees you as "a man in his...", if you fail you just waste the supplies, and have to complete another project to clean yourself up or you "look funny" to everyone.

On a more serious note...if individual apperance is implemented in the game it would be cool if people who are similar to others can disguise themselves as them.

Replacing leaders with identical looking puppets would put a new twist to the intrigues
