The machine you are thinking of is a buffing wheel (they often come with a grinding wheel as well). As far as repairing tools/machines go, this is probably the best so far. It allows you to remove heavy corrosion, or light oxidation for all metal things. can be used to polish/finish/refinish wood and stone objects as well. With the application of some rouge, you can give high sheen polishes to metal.

My used crowbar takes 78 hours to repair. That is almost 10 days. That is far too long to repair one object. Especially if deterioration rates remain the same. Please allow an object to repair the crowbar faster to be made.
