Not at cantr's current level of development. Before item rot and some of the materials changes, it could have been feasible. But item deteriorization and increasing complexity of manufacture have (for the moast part) held most of the English areas of Cantr at a virtual developmental standstill.

I had originally had this planned from a galleon, but a Cantr bug allowed someone to steal it.

Saw it in Longinazy. Driven by a woman in her fifties.

A cheater who abused an OOC bug and refused to return it.

Last time I saw her, she got chased out of town the moment she set foot in it..

So does the Galleon already behave like this huge fortress thing?

We need vehicles with wooden wheels, seeing that people were moving on vehicles in the Western world long before they ever knew there is a thing called rubber. The ride would be more bumpy and probably slower too, but still faster than walking, and allows transporting more goods than what you can carry in your back.
In real life they used animals to pull wagons but since we don't have animal domestication yet, I propose a wooden tricycle. I know it sounds silly but it could work. It has three wheels for balance issues since it'll likely be heavier than more developped vehicles. The wheels are made of wood, strenghtened with iron (and they have the pin structure in opposition to those solid Flintstones type heavy wheels you might imagine). See picture below.

Image

I suggest the cartwheels to be manufactured separately since then we can later use them for horse-powered wagons.

Cartwheel
Wood: 200 g
Iron: 100 g
Tools: saw, hammer, knife
Days: 1

I imagine it using nails but a screwdriver might be considered. Actually the production time should be longer since the wooden parts need to be bent into shape but that doesn't require active work and we don't have a machine for it either. Plus you'd imagine that motorcycle wheels are much more complicated, yet they only take 2 days.

The main project:
Items: 3 cart wheels
Time: 3 days
Materials: 400 grams of steel, 500 grams of iron, 200 grams of wood.
Tools: screwdriver, hammer

(The wood is for an open crate on the backsize to carry your extra inventory. Kinda like the bike cart.)
I propose adding some leather for the saddle. Otherwise it'll be royal pain sitting on it. Not that the other bikes used any but you can imagine they'd put some of the rubber to that purpose.

Base speed: 0.16.
Capacity 80000 g.

There's some historical pictures of wooden bicycles.

*GASP*I JUST GOT THE BEST IDEA!!!!

How about, like, with some vehicles, you can like, try do to some triks on them?

It would be fairly simple, You just have to build a skate park, and make that skate park have the ability to make projects. And then, when you make a project, you then use somthing, such as a bike, or a car( ) On the project, but istead of, on the events, saying "you se this person use a skate board on this project" it sais" you see this person trying to perform a trick on this skate park."

I'm fairly sure it's an easy to programm thing. You just have to change a little bit of bit-map, and when the project is finished(can you make it an instantanious?) that you get your skate board, or whatever back. It would be easy, and maby, when you finish a project, it would set off a think that would make an event go out, with the skill levle of that person on the event.

IT WOULD BE EASY TO DO!!! LETS...DO IT!!!

I don't see that happening....

There's plenty of other things for them to program already.

Nice enthusiasm... but why not just get a vehicle, and RP it? :) Much more creative and interesting than having people watch your trick project go from 40% to 42%. ;)

I agree with the wooden wheel/vehicle thing Seko proposed... Old wagons were made of mostly wood with some iron back in the day. No rubber at all.

And there were sleds long before there was any kind of metal...

EDIT:
you see a man in his twenties die.
you see a man in his twenties mess up on project do trick.
you see a man in his twenties start project do trick.

I dont like this idea.

Lol don't listen to Pie's ideas, they never get implemented anyway. I like antisocialhermit's calmness towards him though, lol.

Otherwise, sleds are a good idea, I was about to suggest a sled pulled by a person while you're on it, but that's stupid cause you'd go slower! Lol. But I just thought, perhaps pulled by several people. Like a queen's sled.

Sleds could make sense for pulling children when implemented.
Or getting pulled by dogs when implemented.
But I only see it working on tundra and desert type terrain.

Maybe a stretcher would be good from moving people from room to room, regardless of weight. Two people with a stretcher could carry a person fairly easily.

I was thinking more like you pull resorses on the sled but you go a bit slower.
