Anyone could have it through the translation tags but someone said that they shouldn't be formatted like that because then one language group might have an advantage over others. Which is already happening. But it's such a small advantage that I wouldn't worry about it.

...although I haven't seen that mighty uber-godmode bolded whispers for a while... :P It may be just that random manu-language switching for players with charries in different language zones. maybe whole interface switches too.
