Add minutes to event timestamps

Postby The Industriallist » Tue Aug 17, 2004 4:56 pm

It may seem like excessive minutia, but sometimes, the small increments really matter. As it is, you have no idea of the spacing of events within an hour. Since minutes are already incorporated into the cantr time system, it might not be hard to do...

Its fine as it is. The thing on top, where it says 912-5:39 is odd, when it occurs. Getting rid of that'd be fine too.

More numbers will just clog the page in my opinion.

If minutes are actually added, I'd say 3irl minute=1 cantr minute. As you'll see it'll work out that way.

umm... minutes already exist. there are 5 rl minutes to a cantr minute. things seeming weird to you because they would be different than they are now is not a valid excuse. i'll take progress over stagnation please. and i can't see 4 or 5 additional characters doing any clogging.

but... i'm not sure people should necessarily have that information. i'm sort of indifferent to the idea.

But I can get that information, if I play compulsively enough. I just have to write it down immediately, since it won't appear on the events list.

well yes. there are advantages to playing compulsively. that's what the time limit is for.

Yes, adding minutes would definitely help show how much time lapsed between events.
