1.) 100 year olds are pretty rare as it is.
2.) It's not a good idea sending e-mails to players, telling them their characters died because they had bad luck.

I know what the topic is Piscator. I posted it
and all we are trying to do is find ways to make this doable and worth it for players....so tossing around ideas. Still revolving around the topic though. Lets make clothes fall apart..who does this help, how can we make it worth the time to have clothes to begin with and so on

I've a tailor character and all this would do is annoy me OOC. Can't really premake clothes if they just slowly crumble, bit of a waste.... but don't matter. Gives reason to make new things and just toss the old stuff "out" but then you just get piles of clothes somewhere... rotting.

Maybe if you like to leave them outside on the ground... Items only deteriorate on the ground or when being used, no? Even less on the floor in buildings...
