Ticks next to the projects.

Postby Crosshair » Tue Feb 27, 2007 5:12 pm

When you create a project, you have it before you search on the activities page... so what i suggest is you can tick the projects you want to automaticly appear on the activity page (out of the list when search with nothing has been specified.) This'd be useful for projects others set you that you are to do. Makes it easier to keep track on what you've done.

i like this idea, but it is only useful when someone sets up like 4 or more projects for you to do.

On that note, it would have made my life easier... after having made 10 iron shields for someone and searching the activity list each time. Although it only removes so many clicks.

I don't know, maybe a task for an aspirant? Not vital but makes life a little easier for not too much work.

So your own projects would start as checked but you could uncheck them if you didn't wanna keep looking at them (for example if you're a factory manager and have to set up a dozen of projects that will be worked on by other people). The same goes for burials, people start them but they don't wanna see them.

It should be pointed out anyway that the checkboxes only affect visibility to yourself and unchecking them doesn't cancel them or anything. Since it might confuse newbies.

I think I like it. Especially useful during those particularly slow hours.
