Stop minority spawning

I like it the way it is. The only problem as I see it is if new players get their first characters in an area there their own language isn't spoken very much or at all. The best way to fight this is to do something special for just those characters. Let they be spawned in an monolingual location regardless of how many chars there are. Newspawns tend to get more attention in locations with just a few characters so i think that making the first characters of a player end up in the biggest towns is a bad idéa. Just try to avoid the bilingual problem for the first two characters every player get.

Well, all I know is that I had one character spawn on the isle of Rus, and another spawn in the Polski area. Neither of them are doing anything besides farming because they cant. Well correction, one of them is rationing his food to 1g of smoked meat a day because he got the overeating sickness and ate 2000 grams of cooked meat in about 4 days. as an awkward hunter in a place with no food stuffs, its hard to keep alive now.

and to think, i thougth he was set for a decade at least...
