Attempting to break a lock from the inside, or.....

Postby liljdacres » Fri Apr 28, 2006 1:30 am

I've seen many of my characters rott away in jail because of that one power hungry person who desiceds to lock um up, then I realized that once your locked up ... your screwed, nothing you can do. BUT I think you should be able to break out, by maybe breaking the lock, even though it is locked, or breaking the door. It just makes me kinda mad to see the characters come to such a quick end and be helpless.[/b]

Well, maybe you could use knives and weapons and other tools as makeshift crobars

Can't you also pick a lock from the Inside if you have a Screwdriver?

I know a Crowbar works outside the buildings too, but I thought I read somewhere that screwdrivers work, but only from within the locked room :?: :?:

Only if the lock in left unlocked. It used to be that an unlocked lock was unbreakable.

I think the locks should be breakable from anywhere, inside or out, with it locked or unlocked such as real locks, you just need the right tools.

They can be... the right tool is a crowbar... and a screwdriver if it's unlocked...
