The ability to create an object strictly for RP use.
Medals of varying metals (Not necc. gold silver and bronze)

Plaque
"Key to the City" Gold or silver key with no use but RPed to town heroes
Medals could be worn, and Trophies and Plaques could be like the wooden bucket where you can pick it up and drop it, but when dropped it has a describtion rather than a use button.

Keys to the city are fairly specific to real world values.
Same goes for trophies and medals I suppose.
Only few cultures in the real world actually use medals, even less provide trophies (as you and I know them) as recognition.
Other cultures provide different means of recognition, if we have medals, I want to see different sorts of head-dresses, a larger variety of jewellery etc etc. There are other ways than medals and trophies.
All in all, if inscription is ever implemented, I think that'll be a better option. That way we won;t be limited to medals and the like for recognition, we could engrave weapons, jewellery etc etc with rewarding remarks.
