Conditional Events

Do you think we could maybe have something made where we can create events that happen when a certain condition is met. For instance, when weather is introduced, I can make my character walk inside his house whever it starts to rain. Or if sleep was introduced, I could make my character go to sleep at a certain time of day.

that'd be very useful...like when my partner leaves, I follow...or when thief takes notes, I kill him...

I agree with some of the automatic ideas like going inside during certain weather,sleeping and following people but not the killing one as then how do you decide what's someone making a copy of a note and someone stealing them all, you can't basicly.
