I guess the <CANTR CHARDESC> (<CANTR BUILDDESC> ?) version for a building would be the type of building (stone building, cottage etc.)
a building reset/mass amnesia was suggested for location names and a poll posted by Jos - but it was voted against...
I don't remember a poll for building/vehicle names - but I'd reckon there'd probably be a no to that too - even though I'm all for it...
