My appologies to those that RP with my regularly active charris... My net connection is so bad right now, and it just sooooo eats my minutes to say 1 thing Soon it should be fixed... and I can play again...and DJ again....

Everyone knows it's a lot more fun to take advantage of characters who are awake, and just kill the sleepers.

Although I've felt the urge to put a char who's been sleeping for a while into a sloop and sail them out into the open waters, undock in a dinghy and let the sleeper go off to who knows where, then see if they can wake up and figure out the way back before they starve. Wouldn't that be a nice welcome back from a vacation.

The dark side of my humor is really coming out tonight, must have been that penguin movie I watched.

Sloop and Dinghy? Bah. Raker and Holds. Shanghi.

It is not that I don't play or can't... just not as quick as usual.. and if someone wants to use the OOC info to exploit my charri... so be it... the only one they cheat, is themselves...

This game is biased towards the people who don't have anything useful to do, though.

Dude you're sat at your computer, playing a fantasy game with people around the world, most of whom you've never met and likely will not.

Cheating at cantr is like cheating at Monopoly only more retarded. If I play Monopoly with my kids, set up the board read the rules, there is only any victory if I win playing by the rules. Otherwise I might as well threaten my kids to give me all the money at the start, say I've won and save myself 2 hours of valuable TV time...

Cheating at cantr you only do over people who you don't even know whose opinion of you, good or bad, is virtually valueless.

In fact I'd be so egotistical as to say cheating at cantr is like reading the last chapter of a book first... Or like cheat codes on a playstation.. or

I wouldn't really take advantage of anyone’s chars because they have connection problems or are away from Cantr. But some of my chars might try to pull something on a sleepy char in the right circumstances, regardless of the reasons for the sleepiness. I don't think you know any of them.


Now get your connection fixed soon, we need as many quality players as we can get to set examples for the new peoples .

Edit: Agar, bring your Shanghing victims to one of my chars, we could get a good slave trade going.
