No, I think the Dutch are just people who are pissed at the spammers so they do some simple DDOS attacks. *chortle* Sorry, DDOS makes me think of funny stuff which I may not be allowed to post on this forum. XD

I think what Oni is trying to say is that the Dutch Bloggers were using the same techniques that the Spammers were using. Fighting fire with fire.

Blog has nothing to do with spam. Blog is like an online journal or something close to that. Bloggers are a community of people who are connected by links or by a network. So pretty much a huge database of journals.

So they just got annoyed and sent a little script of their own back?

From what I gather,
1. The spammers inundated one of the blog sites.
2. The irate bloggers ran some scripts to DDOS the spammers.
3. The spammers DDOSed back.
4. The heroic bloggers hit them with an even more massive DDOS, causing many troubles for the spammers.
