Yes, I've noticed a bit of changes just from reading the wiki and browsing around the forums a bit....what exactly is new?

well, many more weapons. The way they're made is new... there are skills. A few things.

Not that I can see....although I think I left a bit after hematite...cuz I remember all the craziness that went along with it.
Clothes and skills are ubernifty.
