I, too, thought you meant "city", because, after all, it's Cantr, right?
Anyway, I think you should name your cat Blojt, in homage of your "creative" spelling, and in homage to a Cantr city. Barring that, any Cantr city will do, but I dare you to name it after Vrayllnuets (or however the heck that's spelled).
You didn't say what the cat looks like or anything about its personality or gender, so with no information, it's a little hard to think of any viable names, you know....

Spitty Kitty can be ANY cats name. It works with everything.
