Cantr II Discussion Forum

I was searching through the list of free internet games that Cantr has been added to and found an interesting game. It's called ToadWater. You download the small client and connect to their server.

The gist:
You start off with a bunch of seeds. You have different skills like farming, forestry, constructions, whittling, etc. You plant your seeds, and they have a certain chance to grow to a full tree. Once they are grown, you can chop them down to whittle into objects and tools to help you. And if you need energy, you can eat fruit off of your trees. The only problem: it fills up your poo bar! Now you have to build an outhouse to poo. Then when that fills up, you get to use all the dried poo to fertilize the ground around you. The major drawback (?) is that everything you do takes away health. Everything. And your tools wear down as you use them.

It's a cute little game ^^ Unfortunately, things move kinda slow in the beginning...so..it doesn't completely fill up the time when there's no activity near my chars in Cantr u_u

LMAO!!! I used to play Toadwater! I had quite a large area, almost surrounded by fences, but does it ever take a long time to fill up that outhouse. You sure have to eat a lot of radishes to make just a little bit of poo.
I found the trouble with Toadwater was loneliness. Your character is all alone, and even if you happen across someone else, you can't talk to them. But you can steal from them. hehehe
And I agree, Onikaze, it is very slow. But if you work at it a little each day, you can achieve an Empire, of sorts lol.

I'm currently ravaging the lands travelling about chopping down every tree in sight, taking taps, birdhouses, idols, etc, and shovelling up other people's poo for myself, and then moving on to repeat elsewhere. It's quite rewarding in a purposely destructive way. Wish I could see the players' faces when they log on to find their small forest has been completely felled, all their taps etc gone, and someone has nicked their poo

That's the kind of thing that will get you fenced in. lol

They aint caught me yet, plus i have a super duper axe to hack my way out. I've already gone through one fence and hacked up a guys trees using it
