Most of us will be interested to know that the directory of cell phone numbers is soon to be published, thus allowing solicitors to call our cell phones.
The FTC has set up a toll free DO NOT CALL number: 888-382-1222.
NOTE: One MUST call from the phone they wish to register.

This is not true. It is illegal for a list of cell phone numbers to be sold...or published. You don't see cell phone books, do you?
