Cantr II Discussion Forum

Ok I was so bored I went to check the forum member list. There are dozens of people who haven't posted a single post, and many who have posted one, or a couple. It's funny to watch how people have registered with a misspelled name and then re-registered again, never knowing they could change their nick... For example Cantrmvoman changing into CantrWoman, then (I guess) cantrlady. Sorry if there was two persons joining with such similar names in a row.

Somebody joining twice on different dates (it's pretty sure it's one person), and never posted anything. Creepy.

No mystery on mine. I just didn't get the e-mail that it was approved. So I joined again with a new name. I don't post that often but I read everything. I save the chatter for IM. Sorry if I creeped you out.

I haven't posted much because I've hardly even read any forums before and I'm a little shy and intimidated by all the regulars. I'm afraid I'll say something stupid and they will be mean to me.

One guy already said something harsh about one of my chars and I cried a little at work. Yeah, I know.

This is my first rpg (or online game of any kind) so I'm not very tough yet.

People can be brutal - just ignore them and enjoy the game.

Well, I'm sure the majority of us share the same opinion.

Anyways I think most of those people who have no posts are ones who get bored and leave cantr altogether forgetting about their account.

Though some obviously are readers, like "player" and the above mentioned.

Regardless - The regulars are the good guys, because all the actual bad people get cussed out by the regulars (Example: Trage - Ahh hahahaha, sorry...)

Hey, I hear ya. It's tough to get started, but just speak your mind, get your opinion out there, tell your jokes. And you'll be a regular before you know it.

I like to consider myself a new regular. I just got over a hundred posts recently, and that makes me happy.

oh, and to tie this whole topic together, I also had trouble getting my email authorization, just like cantrlady, so there's an account floating around that has my name on it...

probably put a comma instead of a period when typing in my email address.

anyhoo, post more. We like to hear from new people.
