I have one virtue.. I've never been drunk. Oh wait, once or twice but that was so little it doesn't count. I'm so bored I'm ready to discuss the terrors of alcohol.. You know kids are starting to drink more and more... At least in my country. How about there?

Being druck sucks (usually) so i know when to stop, and start drinking coke instead. There's just nothing funny about being drunk, exept when everyone else has had a few too much aswell. If not, poeple generally start making a fool of themselves or get agressive, thats what I want to avoid, lol.

looking to the 2nd word of hunt (and other words), it seems he has been drinking
Anyway I do not drink a single bit of alchohol. You wouldn't say that when you see my writing though....
I not only think ít's a drugs, I always wanna be in control of my life, and when you are drunk, you lose that control.
I also hate it when drunk bastards try to make a stupid conversation with you about nothing and still fill the whole evening with it.

Not enough options up there, for me.
Im not drunk right now, and have been drunk alot though, i guess it depends on what you mean by 'several times' eh? Several times could mean over a bakers dozen?
Right whatever.. just have been drunk alot, and usually its with alot of people who are getting just as smashed so everyone is making an ass of themselves.

The answer I would choose isn't up there either. You have to remember that I am older, ok a lot older than most of you. I started drinking at age 13. For a kid growing up in the early '70s in Brooklyn NY, it was the thing to do. I found that I liked being drunk. I liked it so much, that over the next 19 years, I was drunk most of the time. My parents never knew, I was good at it. Oh the stories I have! *shakes head and laughs*
I have not taken a drink in over 13 and a half years, now. Quit cold turkey. So my choice would be more times than I could possibly remember.

Ive been drunk once... We had some Swedish relatives over and they were suggesting someone bring out the beer, and so we did... I think my cousin and I go drunk talking about soccer.. Was rather interesting.
Other than that I don't drink. No point in it.
Lots of kids seem to think it's cool and all, but does absolutely nothing to help, so I stay away from it.
Drinking is no good, if I need to lose my problems, cocaine is better.
That was a joke, by the way

May we unite in holy matriony, Mavsfan and his Coke.
I don't drink (I have, but rarely), some of my friends do drink though.
I won't solemnly swear vote though.

well my option isn't up either. From the age of 17 to 19 I was an alcoholic. I would drink almost everyday. I wouldn't stop until I passed out which took a long time. But I wasn't a mean drunk. I was actually fun so my friends tell me. But I had quit drinking when I realized what I was doing. I started again when I was about 20 or 21, but only casually. I drink now but only in moderation.
To be honest. I'm drinking right now

so lets add an option:
I'm getting there now
*grabs his drink* Now cheers to all of you fine *Starts to doze off and wakes suddenly* Wha...what the hell are you all looking at

I'm really shocked about how many people who only seems to have been drinking once, twice or not at all.
I don't even think I know anyone who haven't been drunk at least once.
Sure, I have friends that doesn't drink...or at least who doesn't like to get drunk, but a cold bear on a hot summer day...shit, that is what life is about

I'd prefer ona hot summer day: A big Lipton ice Tea glass, filled with ice tea, three ice cubes, half a part of a lemon and a green strow (is that the correct word?)... and for the finishing touch: a lapdance

@Mystic: my typo's are sacred. dont touch them! (And it's "straw").
I'll leave for a month long trip on a tug again, soon. Not a drop of alcohol on board, as always on tugs and in the whole offshore industry. The first time I thought it'd be difficult but actually it turned out to be no problem at all, never missed it, so it's more of a habit really.
But yeah, that cold beer on a hot summer day is something that could make me forget a whole week of misery.
But yeah, maybe we should make a thread abt. drug use. I'd love to know other ppls thoughts abt that.
Personally I tried many drugs available out there, though I stay away from those i know i shouldnt touch. (Crack, heroine).
I've used quite a bit of coce and loved it. Your brain stay's clear and no hangovers in the morning and i can drink all the alcohol I want without getting drunk. After quite some coce usage i did the ultimate test. I've walked around hyaving some coke in my pocket for more than a week. No one thought i could do it, but hell I did it. No problem at all. Alcohol is more of a problem for me.
(By the way, haven't used any drugs for more than 3 years now. Just because i dint feel the need for them).
Beer Sales must be going down...

I'm surprised at the amount of non-drinkers too.
Beer - it's a social thing, a pint in the pub, sitting in the pub garden, in the sun. It's one of the greatest joys in life... *heads into a blissfull daydream daze*
As for getting drunk - there needs to be another choice - 'more times than you can remember'
