I'm a Tolkien fan, but my enthusiasm for things Arda-related stops short of the movies, games and tie-in products (movie tie-in book covers, board games, card games, etc.).
Okay, I admit it. I only care about the books. Oh, and Legolas should not be blond. Just wanted to make that clear. . .

back in the mid 50s when it was made legolas and gimli looked way different

i suppose the figures of them change with time..
i still like gimli's off the wall humor though..

like in ROTK when they are going to make a diversion for frodo, and empty sauron's lands, he says "Hm, certainty of death, little chance of success, what are we waiting for?" (in the movie, i have read the books though)

doesnt sound that funny, you just gotta see the movie

Yeah, only Feanor's house had blond hair, no?

Thranduil's house and the grey elves that settled Mirkwood had brown hair.

I signed up, just to see what it was like, and found out that the Role Playing forum was very good. It's a good way to burn time if Cantr is slow, so anyone interested in sole role playing, should check it out. But always come back to Cantr, cause we'r number 1, we'r number 1!

Is there anyone who'd like a more classic, pen and paper style version of Cantr?
