Hurricane Sandy

So I'm using the Google Crisis Map to track Hurricane Sandy, and I notice that Detroit is having power outages even though they're way out of the way of the hurricane, like, all of Ohio away from them. Makes me wonder, are they having power outages because of Sandy, or just because it's Detroit?

I don't know what to make of it. It sounds like a Puritan philosophy like in "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" to me.

:shock: That man...how does someone become so angry at life? The hurricane happened because weather. End of story.
