Family Status

Seko's post made me curious how many players have kids. I personally have 3 and a step daughter that's only with us occasionally.

I think that last option applies to most of us, regardless of age. :P

Nope, not yet. Getting married this year, so we'll see.

It definitely applies to me, so that's the one I chose.

Just for clarification: "Not yet" means your first one is on the way, right? Or do the two "no" options reflect your attitude towards having kids?

I'm still a kid. No kids for me yet!

I figured it meant "Not yet, but maybe someday." vs "No. I don't ever want any." It could mean one is on the way as well, but I don't think it's limited to that.

I have a 7 year old daughter, she has just recently started trying to read Cantr over my shoulder. Perhaps one day I will help her run her own character, that might be interesting!

I'll answer if a neutral "no" option is added, because I really haven't formed a strong opinion one way or another (partly because I recognise that any opinion I form could easily change, so it's not worth the effort). Maybe that means I am "a kid", but I know there are people who have children at my age (20).

In this country people (!!!) have kids at the age of 15 (if not younger).
I am a proud mum to an 8 year old daughter (yep, future Cantr player) and do not think I will have any more children. I had this crazy urge that seemed to take over everything else, to have a child before I had her, but since then, that feeling has deserted me.

Yeah, that's a great thing to tell P -- "Yeah, I wanted to have children, but after seeing you, I've changed my mind" :-P
