Cantr II Discussion Forum

I am going to be making a Cantr poster with Brandons help. We have decided to use a chars screen for a background. The slogan that has been chosen is "Cantr II : The game that never ends". If you can think of a better slogan, please let me know.

Also we want to have a pic for the center of the poster. We thought maybe 3 female players in some sort of Charlies Angles pose. But we will need pics,(it doesn't need to be a charlie angle pose, any pose will do). Brandon and I will pick which ones to use. If you would like to send a pic you can to roger_mcintosh@hotmail.com.

Any other suggestions can be posted here. Once the poster is completed it will be available for anyone to download and print so they can put them up to advertise the game.

Are you only looking to gain male players? I think a mix of men and women chars would be a better Idea..... Just a thought

Actually Brandon and I have just deciced that we will use 2 female and one male. This may change depending on the pics that we get so yes male players are incouraged to send their pics in too. This is all in the beginging stages so changes may be made

Actually far from sexist, Just observitave, Anyone who knows me knows I can be as much of a womaniser as any men. Buy I try not to offend. And anyways if I were sexist I would probably see 3 women on a poster for a game and not even think twice about playing it because I personally can not even go into a yahoo chatroom without being bombarded with tons of IM's from guys who can not read, I just think that mixed company is more appealing to women, I am not saying all just some.

Ah, good idea for a poster...although having three people on the poster wouldn't make much sense IMO...I mean, what does that have to do with cantr? And the slogan needs work....I can't think of a better one,but yeah....

I want to show the real players, and for the slogan, Like I said I'm open to suggestions, I chose it because the game doesn't end there is no "you win" in it. So it is a game that never ends.

Tried to use these slogans in a sort of poster-like pic already... But that damn PSP crashed on me.

that's what the save button at the top's for hehe. and i found if i save close it then re-open it and say not to save clipbook data it's run's a lot smoother or else ya just fill ya ram up with crap.

it's amazing what ya can do with a few tubes animation shop and about 5 minutes <======

'Twas a bad install... Re-installed it and works like a dream now...
But you know how it's like... UR busy... And kinda forget to hit that save button.

And got 768 MB of ram... Never had mem problems slowing it down.

Animation shop sucks tho... Why not use Flash instead?

I was thinking about a slogan as I read the other posts and I came up with this:

Cantr: Life begins at twenty

As well as:

Sabre? Check, Potatoes? Check, Iron Shield? Check Alright we're ready to found a new nation, Cantr style.

I see the posts with the slogans and they are good but do they really tell you anything about the game? Though they are comical and funny, you seen a pic with these slogans on it, would you check it out?

A person wouldn't know what "Cantr Style" is. We need a slogan that sort of describes the game.
