The player of Nocenti asked me to post this as this person doesn't want others to know who the player is.

Nocenti's player says:

It would be interesting to see just how much crap the hacker (if there was one) could take. Nocenti doesn't like outright killing chars, but if they wont take punishment he will, or wont get out of his way. Nocenti would likely let him run around for years almost dead, any passerby could have a go and end his life, or he could spend years inside with Nocenti dragging his sorry @ss place to place depending on his needs, healing one day and almost killing him the next. Nocenti isnt an outright murderer, but if bucked he will and has. *winks* That man gets alot more credit for shit he's never even done ( but caused), but it works for him so he just smirks and carries on.

No one listened to my character when I was saying that Nocenti is just pure evil.. bah.

Never met Nocenti, but from everyone's comments, he sounds like the man for the job. I agree Naedell wouldn't waste her time. Having several characters meet her, I am pretty sure she wouldn't bother letting the hacker live very long.

Alacard is definitely the best choice. He'd be very creative, I'm willing to bet. And he enjoys it, too. Naedell would know he's the one to put on the job of torturing anyone.

Naedell was my original thought but then I realized she'd rather delegate that to someone else.

If Erik was alive he'd LOVE to do it. Please his "queen" and get some of his sadistic nature out. Maybe go get a wooden spoon and drag the guys life out the hard way?

Since we kinda established that the person was/is not technically a hacker...well, I think we have already whipped the crowd into a frenzy of blood-lust (as opposed to other kinds of lust).

Let them torture somebody or we could have a revolt on our hands. Have you ever seen forum denizens with pitchforks and torches?
