Well we do seem to agree the hacker needs to die. And in a painful way.

Because they helped the developers to find a criticial exploit in the code, allowing them to shut the game down and fix it rather than letting it remain and possibly cause further problems?

This is the way they had to do that? Great help. As this won't do the game any good. people will perhaps stop playing and we will certainly lose new players.

I must have missed what happened in game due to job interviews but if they have anything to do with Cantr being down...

I was spoiled in a great hotel not long ago, I vote slave labor.

So was Cantr hacked and messed up or something?

Yes Cantr was hacked and about 50 chars were killed off and then the game was locked and Doug R. His chars got killed after he locked the game.

and I believe it will take a while before we can play again.

One of my chars foresaw this, actually. This char was talking about someone or something out there, stronger but maybe not smarter etc etc, with the power to strike us dead now if they so wished... And soon after those words were uttered... Well you know the rest!
I have a very strong intuition, but I didn't know it extended to Cantr...

So do I and I bet they do, too! Lol... And just for that if anything else, slave labour for the hacker!
Oh and by the way.... If there is a rollback... Will that be taken off the time of you know what?

Don't worry.. No one can get to them to bother them

Or can they.. I mean if they are going to some record... might be able to break atleast one lock so someone can knock on the door JUST to interrupt

lol not with how many tries it takes to break a lock lately.

But then again the first lock she tried to break.... broke on the first try....
