A reasonably dumb actress. She played the bitch role in Transformers.
EDIT: Also, her lips could be weird because of the photo (the photographer shot varios photos in fast sucession) or because her lips do look weird since she made a silicone/botox/whatever injection. You choose.

I didn't vote because I don't like the choices. I'm a little biased because I think she's a stuckup bitch but I'd say it was rude/mean/and a little pathetic, but also kind of funny if only for the fact that she was caught being such a jerk to a little kid.
