Fleas on the dog. We try to keep him in the yard by tying him up or fencing him in but he gets out. He found out how to get out of the indoor pen as well. What do i do? He is scratching himself in my bedroom right now.

2) Train dog better
3) Remind dog YOU ARE MASTER and it needs to obey (See 2)
