And did you like it? If so drop by www.fireflyfans.net. I am currently trying to convert Jos. He said he downloaded the pilot and thought it was interesting so I think he might have liked it.

And are they showing the episodes in the right order?

Also, Region 2 Firefly DVD set should be released in the next few months for you Europeans.

I have also been trying to convert David A. V. but I'm not sure if he has even seen it yet. I told him where he can download some episodes.

And David G. said he saw it back when it was aired so I am hoping that he can get back into as well. Maybe Pirate_Lass too but I haven't heard anything from her except that she saw it back when it was aired.

I'd watch it if I felt like downloading it.

Okay, fine . I've been downloading the videos all day (farking server's only at 78k) and I"m up to Jaynestown. Maybe I'll even like the show.

Downloaded everything but the blooper reels. Figure those can wait.

Damn you, Richard. I watched the pilot and first episode, and only sheer willpower is keeping me from staying up all damn night to keep watching more.

Well, the episodes only get better and when it is over you will watch them over and over again. Go buy the DVD at Amazon.com. Only around $30.00 for the best TV hours of TV. Plus you get the extras such as Jayne singing the "Hero of Canton" (High-larious).

Maybe you should see an episode of Firefly....

Anyways, there is more than three Firefly threads in here and more than three Firefly forums out there on the net. Firefly has exploded and I would say that the fanbase has increased tenfold since December.

Note that FOX never did any advertising for Firefly except a few quick commercials on FX during the Summer of 2002. Note that FOX has not done any advertising for the DVD set. It is all happening by word of mouth. Fans tell their friends who then become fans who tell their friends and so on. There are very few people that I heard that hated Firefly and I have only one friend that didn't like Firefly but he is more of the action cliche kind of person.

Firefly had great characters, great storyline and great actors, great writers, and a great crew. All of them loved the show and I think that is where the greatest quality comes from. And if they can do what they did in the show and the social currency keeps going then Serenity will be a huge success in the Box Office.
