seems like i woke of for nothing today =D due to temps below -10 F belive it or not i got halfway to school before someone told me =D

lol, I don't think they'd let us off work here if it were simply cold, maybe if it were below -20F. We've already lost quite a bit of time due to ice..

I don't know what it would take for them to cancel school here. I remember one day when it was below -30 at noon, and I think the K-12 were still open. Perhaps if it were whiteout conditions...

That was ridiculous.
But yeah, it was -8F last night. Right now it's a balmy 4F. We still have school, though. Curse this campus.
My little siblings farther east have today and tomorrow off due to the cold, though. Lucky kids.

I live in England where it's always mild and wet. We don't get school off because of weather ever, count yourself lucky

. Anyway, I get a lie in tommorow morning, till 8:15 (Usually I have to get up at 7:00) because of a dentist appointment

I managed to get of work yesterday and so have had a four day weekend. At the high school that I went to the school closed if it went above 28 degrees or so, I can only remember it happening once in the five years that I was there though
