I voted "I don't care." Your actions are disruptive. I find it hard to describe them in any other way. I am pretty sure that what I am saying here is very likely going to fuel the fires of your martyr complex, but I think it needs to be said.
If you can stay quietly, I welcome you. Your characters are good for the game. I loved Farmer Marazion and it was unfortunate when he died because I saw him as doing something good for the town. You're a damn good roleplayer and have made a few good posts on the Suggestions forum lately that I feel are good for the game as well.
But, just like a few other high quality roleplayers, all of that is unfortunately overwhelmed by your forum jackassery. You are doing the exact same thing that Nick did that made him such a constant pain in the ass. Harping on your perceived harassment from the PD and the corruption inherent in the system is doing no good for the game. It does not further your cause. Even if staff did do something to increase the internal checks and balances, I doubt you or the other conspiracy theorists would allow that to be good enough.
Several players have contacted me in the past for feedback and my opinions on their PD contacts, and I have yet to see a PD contact with a malicious tone or sense of vendetta to it. What I have observed are plenty of contactee overreactions. I believe that the unprofessionalism truly tends to lie on the contacted players lashing out unfairly. And notice I say "tends to lie". I am not going to put on the rosey glasses and pretend everything works perfectly. I can act like an adult. I know how the real world works. I have learned to deal with it.
This like Exhibit A quite you have thrown up here, IMO, is 100% truthful and honest. Your IP is only under as much scrutiny as you have brought upon yourself by your past actions. Do you honestly expect someone to watch a two twice convicted car thief wander freely across a car lot and have absolutely no suspicion?
But that's just my opinion. I am probably wrong.

Valued none the less, thanks for taking the time to respond! In game the only thing I ever did was use some rude language in front of players that didn't like it, so I would like to know what I have been convicted off and why I am considered to be suspicious.

I don't care.
Do what you want, leave, stay, whatever.
My question is; why do you give a dam what people think about you anyway?

There are a few people who's opinion is important to me, a number of them have left and most of the rest have been very very quiet recently.
For me its a principle thing. I spent ten years at school getting the sh*t kicked out of me for standing up for myself I don't feel I should let myself be intimidated here.
I enjoy the game so why should I be made to run away, but then maybe I should just grow up and move on... If I am honest if I had any sense that things were sorted I could move on more happily, but I can't see that happening.

I voted I don't Care
There are a few things I want to point out.
1-If you like the game so much, then why leave and come back so many times? I understand your excuses for it, but if it was such a disruption you should have stayed away, and when you chose to return, you should have stuck it out.
2- PD isn't some department that is trying to harass or intimidate anyone. As it was already pointed out, people get the wrong idea when they receive a letter like that. The only ones that need to worry are the ones that did something wrong, so if you are so worried, maybe its time to reevaluate what you may have been doing to cause this to happen.
3- The letter that you have shown in example is something that should have been pointed out to you anyways. Creating and deleting your accounts just because of some reaction you may have is disruptive to everyone that plays the game.
4- Nobody cares you got your ass kicked for ten years in school, that happens to a lot of people.
5- If you are planning on staying, then deal with the issues that you yourself have gotten yourself into and quit blaming others for your mistakes.

I agree on Cdls on all exept number 4, I really do care if you got bullied at school and that might explain a lot. It easily creates a feeling like everyone was out to get you, because you had to watch your back all the time. At times of trouble, you just run away, and in Cantr that means deleting your account. But what you should be doing is logging off, taking a deep breath and thinking it through. Though now that you're going through your nth characters, I suppose there cannot be much original ideas, personalities or such involved.

That is my business to know...you can blame me and quit blaming others as no other person reported you. If you want to know specifics about how I figured a connection - contact me via pm and I will talk to you for hours and hours about it.

This is getting old... or maybe it was already old the last 50 times (just a slight exaggeration, but by now...).
I don't care. You may have had some valuable chars (I really thought Brian MacGregor was well played), but when they died because you had a hissy fit, how valuable were they then? It's like the boy who cried wolf. You've cried out so many times, everyone is becoming desensitized to your whinings. Just play the game, contribute to other areas of the forum (no pity me threads), or quit for good. Make up your own mind, don't ask others to do it for you. If you really want to stand up for yourself, that is how you do it. You make up your mind for yourself, do what you made up your mind to do and stop asking for pity handouts.
So yea, that's what I've thought about your accumulation of threads that you've posted about this sort of stuff, and I've tried to refrain from posting in.

This is not just for for Phalynx but for everyone who is contacted by the PD for any reason. DO NOT FREAK OUT!!!!! I can't stress this enough.
I was recently contacted by the PD, myself, and it caught me on a particularly bad day when I wasn't feeling well and I did freak out. I thought, "This is insulting and unfair and I don't need this hassle." I threatened to quit over the unfairness of it. I accussed other players of cheating and being unfair. I was generally a big baby but the PD person kept their cool and tried to help me keep mine. I contacted a friend for advice who told me I was overreacting. I explained my chars motives. Case was closed.
Many people have complained about players cheating in various ways. The only way the PD can deal with this is to invistigate things and talk to people. If you want a fair game you might be asked to explain things once in a while. If you aren't doing anything wrong you have no reason to worry.

Hey!
I should have been banned 10 times over.
And I've been contacted by the PD heaps of times, (as in, last year).
And I'm still here.
And Thetaris made heaps of enemies.
lol
Well.. don't start a new account- bad idea.
But do stay.
Some of us do still like you.

I would go out and have casual sex with a number of strangers, with varying genders, preferably all at the same time.
Oh... Wait
Different question...
Still, casual sex is fun. I think my suggestion still applies.
