Why are you awake?

I'm awake because it's the day before I leave for home for the holidays and i'm bored out of my mind. What's YOUR excuse?

No excuse. I think sleep is a waste of time, thats all.
BTW, am I abnormal for being awake at 2:00 PM? I don't study remember? Nor do I work for the government.

I don't know about you but I'm usually awake at 2PM. I think most people are. Unless one takes a nap after lunch like my grandfather. Though he is always looking for a time to take nap so he can get out of work.

well since i couldnt pick two of the poll answers...it's daytime...although i'm usually up late at night too...I study...AND I work overtime....Damn the man! work sucks....hehe. And I do have to say, I much prefer night time....ooohh...just had an idea for a topic *snickers*

I'm awake because my sleep schedule is screwed up. I sleep until 4 or 5 in the evening and go to sleep at around 6 or 7 in the morning.

I'm awake because it's 2:30 PM. I'm always awake anyway. But these days I am studying (or supposed to be) because my exams start tomorrow.

I think we should make another poll, and it should read:
If you are one of those night-owls who stay up late (at least past 10:00pm), why?
and then ask the questions etc.

I am often one. Bedtime is usually sometime between 1 and 6 am. Then, depending on how tired I am, it takes me an hour or two to fall asleep.
