You might want to make sure it is the right pixel size. It gives the what is should be. Just right click on with mouse over the image and go to properties. It will tell you the pixel size there as well as the how many bytes it is. If it is too big in bytes, you can always compress the image. To fix the pixel problem you will need to resize the picture until it is the right size. You can do this in most photoshop like applications.

I believe the maximum size for the pic is 80*80 pixels and 4 Kb max...
So if you have a nice pic, resize it to 80*80 and reduce color depth to 256 colors will do. Then go to your profile on the top of the forum page and click the:upload avater abutton. You can then browse for the pic on your computer.
I wonder what it's gonna B really...

I do free graphics. If you send me your picture, I'll size it correctly, and host it--so it's at the best quality, and you don't have to worry about the space limit on the Cantr servers.
Isn't life great?
Oh, and anyone else that wants an avatar, whatever they want, I'll make it or edit one you already have and host it--for free! Like my avatar but want it your text? Done! Want something completely different? Done! LOL Just e-mail me at
samantha@funkyandspunky.com with the specifics, and it'll be done within a half hour of when I get it--tops!

seconded.
If you're going to diss me, do it in an original fashion.
As I will now disprove by quoting from Austin Powers:
"There are two types of people I can't stand--Those who are intolerant of other peoples' cultures, and the Dutch."

@ Sammi: Well, i would have posted the origin if I could only remember where I read it. (the forum has turned in a monster recently because of the arrival of a 13 YO Forum junkie)
@|west| Disprove what? And something coming from Austin powers is really somthing to take into consideration eh?
What was the original thread anyway? Ah, Question, how does one retrieve a password lost deeply in the depth's of time for one's webspace?

try emailing your host provider or something...
or just try to remember what passwords you were using a lot at the time you made the page.
I use about 10 passwords, and i started using them at different times so i can usually figure it out within 2 or 3 tries.
and the austin powers quote was just because it's funny.
