Well I got back to being a green addict very quickly. Though I have no idea how I was able to manage 15 chars back then, though I believe I didn't manage them at least not well. Anyway my Rant of the day: I'm getting a bit annoyed with my cat, he keeps getting more annoying each day, jumping on the table, stealing my meat from my plate when I went to the kitchen for a second. Yes that's normal for a cat but not like this. And yes I know cats are that way, but he's 18.5 years old, and he didn't do these things before, not this badly, can cats get senile?

Cats can ger demented like all animals, and at that age, your cat has already outlived it's genotype threefold.
Demented things have stereotypical and habitually repetitive behaviours.
The first ever demented elephant was discovered in a zoo, because of an unusually big age, and as a direct result of it being well cared for. Ironic to say the least.
Take solace in the fact that you have cared for your cat well, but now... it'll just begin to drift faster and faster into a happy kind of madness, with little hope of any kind of behaviour modification.
Your green addiction on the other hand..? You're clearly screwed.

Well part of the problem is that he's deaf as well. For the most part he's still very healthy.
And yeah I got it bad again lol. I love the green stuff. *seems to be almost in a trance*

Huh?
(It works better iRL. I promise.
My friend's cat is around 19 years old, and he's senile. We think he has kitty Alzheimer's because, especially in the middle of the night, he'll be somewhere in the house and suddenly start howling until someone gets up and calms him down.
My eldest cat is 16½ years old, and she's also senile. When we got her, she was a traumatized 5-year-old thing who had lost her tail in a car engine due to being forced against her will to live outside. From then on, she had a perpetual fear of people, particularly men, which means my dad. Over the next few years she warmed up a little to my mom and I, but still avoided my father like the plague. In 2004 when Florida was bombarded with hurricanes, that began to change. The second hurricane to hit was Frances (and I will chew out anyone who tries to spell it Francis because Frances was a female hurricane and Francis is the masculine spelling), and was supposed to be a Category 4 when it hit, which is worrying even to a bunch of hurricane-experienced folk like Floridians. So my mom decided that we were going to evacuate to Tennessee to stay with her parents until the storm was over, and we were taking the cat with us. My grandparents own a two-bedroom home with a detached guesthouse consisting of a main room (converted bedroom) and ¾ bathroom (shower, no bathtub). My mom, her parents, and I stay in the house while my dad stays in the guesthouse. And with him this time was our cat. She remained hidden during most of the stay, but after we got home she slowly started appearing more to my father. Seven years later, and she won't leave any of us alone. She is so friendly and so all over us...my mom thinks it's annoying. She'll even willingly approach strangers, which she never did before. She still hides under my bed (mostly because Ninja likes to pounce her and bully her, and she won't fight back like Snick will) and under the table in the corner between the chair and the couch, but she's....senile.
Edit: I don't know why it posted that story twice. Sorry.

Re: Thought or Rant of the day!!!
Well our cat always has been a fighter. chasing dogs and big dogs as well. Though after he nearly died of a disease, he got much calmer. He did once eat raw meat my grandfather had stored in a bag on his bicycle, as he was at our place. and the cat ate it. It was a lot of meat. Of course it's natural to do that, but it's the part of him now jumping on top of everything or into the closet. And it's certainly not that he doesn't get enough food.
He's just showing the first signs of getting senile I think. It's not that bad yet.

Re: Thought or Rant of the day!!!
I once went to see a guy who had two cats, the older one was blind. It bumped into my chair since I had left it where it wasn't normally. I was more interested in the cats and the guy's computer than the guy itself, which he must've noticed since he stopped replying to me after two dates.

Ugh, some teacher send me out of class to the headmaster today because I beat her in a discussion... She was saying how there is no free will possible when you look at it closely and investigate it pholisofically. I prooved her wrong by winning the discussion. Then I had to leave.
Dumb teachers, ugh.

I wonder how one would actually prove the one or the other point of view. It's one of these questions that don't have a real answer, probably because nobody really understands the question (in the same way).
Also, winning a discussion doesn't necessarily mean that you're right.

How I wish I could claim "town leader for 2+ years on Cantr II" as a valid source of experience on my resume. It takes effort, damn it. >:(
