Arg! No! this is so frustrating!!!!!

Also: Fuck it's hot out. There's currently a weather warning. It's 32 C out, but with the humidity they say it feels like 44 C and there's no wind whatsoever. That's 90F and 111 F respectively. Fucking humidity.

Edit: Humidity is at 62% which is rare for this part of the province. Yes, I grew up in a hot humid place, but i moved here because it's usually dry! But not today! Fuckuck!

Fine...
But... for the record... you can't have one debate in PM and another here.
None of my points are 'at' you, Addicted. You should be more concerned that you may think you are recognisable within them.
There seems little point in making a generalised statement in here, because 1. they are clearly and easily taken personally, and 2. Nobody here 'knows' anyone else.

For future reference however, although I will be unlikely to even consider getting involved in 'any' debates here over whining about my coffee grinder (as this seems an appropriate level at which 'to' get involved), please note that a general trend in discussions involving generic concepts... like abuse and racism... will attract generic statements, unless specifically exampled, and (as 'soft' a concept of morality and ethics is) 'is it okay' and 'why is [he] allowed' are very different issues. I stand by my argument. It is 'not' okay.

It cannot possibly be over.

I'm not ready for it to end.

Please, please, please say it isn't so....

I think he/she wants us to be confused. :D I need a vacation...not from work though. From my family. Is that possible? Do I sound mean because I want to get away from them and have me time? I feel guilty for needing/wanting it.

Off to the Dr's today...woo hoo.

You shouldn't feel guilty. I love my children, and I want to get away from them a lot. In fact, we're shipping my oldest off to his grandparents all next week. It's like a party for us!

I've never been sent off to my grandparents (either set) without my parents going too. I've been left at home with just them before, but never the other way around.

A couple of days back Josh and I went to see Harry Potter. The movie theater was almost empty of people and we arrived only a couple of minutes before it started, so it was obvious that it wasn't magically going to get filled with a rush of people in the last minute. Yet I was staring at my ticket with the seat number on it, and then the seat with someone's stuff on it, and I was confused because the ticket says this is my seat, but there's someone else's stuff on it, and then I noticed Josh sitting four seats away and I thought to myself, I'd rather sit next to him but the ticket says this is my seat. Why didn't the clerk give us seats next to each other anyway? Later I realized he most likely did, they just happened to be occupied by someone who didn't care about what their ticket said and Josh was just sitting in a random empty seat he could find. I was so preoccupied with the task of finding the seat printed on my ticket that my brain didn't register how much free space there was.

Seko, you have assigned seating at all movie theatres? We don't have that. I have childhood memories of it, but these days we just sit wherever.

Apparently assigned seating is big in Australia, too.

I don't know if they have it in all the movie theaters but it's been like that for years in the movie theaters I've been going to. I don't think anyone would complain about switching seats if there was lots of empty space.
