But, I'm home, and had a meal of "real food" for the first time in six days. Now, it's naptime. -crawls on the couch and snoozes-

I'm halfway through my vacation and terribly depressed about it. Compared to the weather/climate here, I'd much rather take this than where I'm from.
It's terribly amusing, but I really don't want to go back. Michael warned me this would happen xD I don't miss work at all and I'm used to being away from friends/family. Not to mention(!) I could totally just Skype with the sibs when I miss them... even though the jerkbums would likely just ignore me til I went back >.>

I've never been a particular fan of vacations, but this one's pretty okay. There's no long periods of boredom or any having to deal with bs or drama. It's a real effin' vacation and that's rather shocking to my psyche.

It's absurd, but I think the best part is just being able to go run on the beach.

Though, let's be honest, I'd really hate living here so at least that's not really a serious problem that I'll randomly move here.

Far as Cantr goes, I'm attempting to be on, but, like, I'm easily sidetracked and won't sit in one place long enough. There are puppies (that want to eat me) to play with and places to go.

Gambling next week, or so I'm told. And also, lots of shopping. That part, at least, sounds terrifying.

In addition to my usual exhaustion due to lack of sleep due to STILL no air conditioning, today also happens to be a day of fasting (and no water in almost 100°F heat isn't very fun). So I apologize in advance if my chars start talking like this:

So... after several days of very shaky internet connection, today my router finally died. It's stone dead, not a single led lights up when I plug it in. So at the moment I'm restricted to my mini laptop, that has mobile internet. And it sucks! I'm used to working on dual wide screen (one 19" and one 21" or so) monitors, and now I have one 10".

Guess I have to go and pick up a new router later today.

Hey, I get that everyone in the US is asleep (except maybe some night owls in Hawaii), but aren't you Europeans, Asians, and Oceanians supposed to be up around making happy Cantr noises?

So... After three days of pure chaos, I am finally where I am supposed to be.
Thank goodness for that.
I might have eluded facing the monster, too. The hearing was scheduled to take place today, yet I cannot see it taking place.
I know, a bıt cryptical but some of you will know exactly what I mean. I don't have access to any IM programs here so for those who've been wondering... I am alright, for now.
