Rant: I had to sit in the cold for over two hours tonight trying to pimp Girl Scout Cookies. There were two other girls there with my daughter so she had to split the cookies with them...which is fine....but we have an hour left and a dad drops off his daughter. Seriously? This is after we had already sold over 60 boxes. Now...i'm home....and should be warmed up by now, but my toes are little ice cubes, my fingers are tingling and my nose is runny. Ugh!!!! Rant complete.

Oh dear. I may never feel safe walking in there again.

They're normal toilet seats, the kind that aren't continuous all the way around but have that break near the front, so the two prongs make me think of arms.

Fun fact: It is a tradition of mine to build snow-toilets (like a snowman, except a toilet made out of snow). I don't quite know how it started, but now that I'm in the South, I don't get many chances anyway. I made one last year though, maybe I'll go dig up the pictures.

This was the best I could do last year. The snow was melting too fast and was too wet, so I couldn't "sand" it down like I normally would. It kept breaking off in clumps every time I tried. Back up north, when I could get a good sticky powdery snow, I could smooth the sides out more and make it a bit taller and narrow-walled. Plus I was racing against the clock as the sun was rising and melting it all.
