Thought or Rant of the day!!!

I hate that I missed so much in Cantr while finishing school. Sux to have to leave...why does real life have to get in the way of our fun? Why can't I be 12 again with no responsibilities accept to watch my characters blossom and grow? Why does this baby feel it is her right to live in my ribs!? Why am I sitting here rambling on Christmas Day? Why can I not find any pickles?? Why does everything have to be closed today? Why did I not want pickles on a day when everything would not be close. Where did all my tacos go?!?!*sighs*

(Just a rant...alot of it may not make sense...just had to get it off my chest.)

Let's see rant... well as some people might have noticed by now, I haven't been on the forums nearly as much for the past week and many of my characters have probably seemed rather distant, so might as well put it out there.

Last monday I found out that my fiance and girl friend of 3 years never broke up with the boyfriend she told me she broke up with 6 months before I met her. Infact, two weeks before I found out she asked me a question about what kind of flowers would go best for a certain colour scheme for the wedding. Turns out the colours she wanted were the colours they were planing on haveing at their wedding. I had also just finnished a 30 hour painting of us from our highschool prom I was going to give her for christmas which is now in the trash. To top it off, about a year ago she started going out with a third guy who she also got engaged to a few months ago, and she's been living with him while away at school, now I'm pretty much home by myself for Christmas with nothing to do but try to play Cantr w/o breaking chararter and meditate on this shit.

I'm suddenly wishing some of my characters didn't have girlfriends right now, they are the really hard ones for me to play right now

. OOC it's hard not to look back on some of thier experences and wonder if any of them have been dishonest... especially the one who's g/f is a merchant who's always going out of town... anyway... that's my rant.

Wow, that sux dude. Go out and do something fun. It is Christmas and you are single now. Enjoy it! Do not let anyone spoil your day. You have plenty of time to sulk tomorrow.

Did I also mention I'm in one of those small towns that compleatly closes for christmas and I dont have a car to go anywhere better? I've actually got a few old friends in town that I was planning on hanging out with for the past couple of nights but the one with all our contact info keeps getting boged down by her familly and not being able to come by. My little brother is also in town, but he's spending the day at his girlfriends house.

Hmm...that is horrible. Nah, you failed to mention all of that. Small town you say that closes down...hmm...so everyone is home right? How about knocking on doors and caroling!?

lol, just what I need to feel better, I can go knocking on strangers' doors and singing them christmas solos... now I just need to learn to sing... ah screw it, who said I need to actually need know how to sing, if they're drunk enough, they wont care.

Rant of the day: Don't you just hate it when after using half the day watching movies which you've already seen before, you turn on the computer, about to play some Cantr and chat with your friends... only to notice that nothing works. No pages are found. That happened to me. Lasted for hours. Now I can access Cantr and ArcaneJourneys, but still no IRC, still no Yahoo... Feels like living in a bottle.

Assuming we don't hang people, or get in a tiz because people want the same nuclear weapons we have I can't see it being any worse than 2006!

Well, seeing as a war is looking like arising over Iran or Syria :roll:

(And North Korea having nukes doesn't look so prospectful either...)
