I am finding it very difficult to classify the being that walks on two legs and looks like a human, who would kick/punch a very small child in a very delicate area, very hard. I can't quite comprehend any form of cruelty to children but this... Man, this is one of the worst. And yeah, he is still walking amongst us.

I am so sick of piercing eyes. 3/5 male characters with descriptions have piercing black/brown/green/blue eyes. Not to mention the chars with peircing or pirecing eyes. What's wrong with intense, a hard glint, a cold stare or just freaking anything else?

Thieves, who, when being chased, put on a magnanimous air of entitlement, blabbering on about how the town is so horrible, and how they have the moral high ground, which justified their theft. lol I searched the database for %p%cing %eyes% where % is a wildcard and got 22 results. That's quite a lot, although 5 of them were dead and some were women.

I wish there was an "I am alert" thing in Cantr as there is in FTO, except that it would show you offline by default and you could turn it on when you want others to know that you're ready to play. It doesn't always make sense to do random things to show that you're online. Also sometimes I'm wondering if somebody isn't replying because they're offline or if they couldn't come up with anything to say or if they simply didn't think that what I said requires a reply. If it's the latter then I'd gladly say something more to keep the conversation going, but if it's the first then it would be polite to wait. Number 2 is problematic because things might pause for days until person 2 comes up with something to say. I've actually been in that situation, rp'ing sex with someone who wrote whole paragraphs every time, so I felt obliged to reply with at least three lines of text, and it might take me hours or days to figure out what to write, although this rant isn't about sexual rp this time.

I really hate the "online" thing about FTO and will leave my char logged in, refreshing the page every 10 min, just to show as online even if I'm not paying attention. I like the idea of being able to switch it off or on, though. There are times I wouldn't want someone to know I was online and times I would want them to know I was there. Overall, I'd rather it not show at all, as Cantr is set to do.
