I just watched Mullholland Drive for the first time. I don't get it. I know I'm not, "sophisticated", enough to get it but, what the hell. I am pretty smart, for a layman. I had to read the synopsis (on IMDB) to get the most important plot points! When I read them I thought, "How did you get from this point to that point?" I was lost! Then I read the reviews and it sounded like a bunch of hollywood elitist bullshit. I get that it was filmed the way it was to make you think. I still was lost. I watched the T.V. show Lost and I knew what the hell was goin' on there but in this movie I was like... huh?

I agree. Mulholland Drive is plain weird. But it should get creds for being such a highly regarded film, while apparently it was directed under influence of hallucinatory drugs.

I have nothing against hallucinatory drugs. If I knew that it was made during a trip then I probably would have been more open to it. I will watch it with an 1/8th of shrooms next time. I will probably get it and a whole lot of other stuff for sure!


Other good trippy movies: Pink Floyd's The Wall, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Blade Runner and Mad Max. Enjoy!

Trippy tv/movies? Seriously just watch childrens cartoons. I swear to god that the people who make them, take acid. I cannot draw myself away from shows like that after consuming acid (LSD). something very, very strange is going on behind the scenes..

Oh that would be such an awesome trip.. as of late, I've been around people who think they are 'veteren' acid takers (mind you, we're all aged between 19 and 25) and have had the worst time of my life. Particularly one girl who just freaks out massively. I think I'd freak out watching popeye (never got into it younger).

Anyway.. my rant for the day - well, I am sleeping every 48 hours without fail. A combination of weed, WoW, uni study and perhaps Cantr has caused this (as all you Amerifags are on late damn you!!!! ).
