If it wasn't for you rap heads following mass popularity Electro would have risen back to power by now.

But then I don't mind sitting out your litle phase until its gone like all the others before it i.e. punk, jazz. Then your hearts wont miss the beat!

Sonata No. 3 - Handel

Wow, guys, listening to that loud yelling-type music doesn't give you a headache? I prefer music where you can understand the lyrics and people actually sing. Classical music is okay too, but it's always better when you are playing it yourself (or as part of an orchestra), or at a concert.

So you like the music better when you play it yourself. Ah, no I see what kind of person you are!

I was listening to Robert Plant's (from Led Zeppelin, ...and if you didn't know that...*sighs* ) Shine it all around on Q104.3 New York.

Now I'm listening to Mick Jagger's Old Habits Die Hard (from the Alfie Soundtrack ) and next on the list would be Twisted Sister's We're not gonna take it.

I also have a Sting & The Police CD in my D:/.

From the Garden State Soundtrack. Great movie, awsome soundtrack!

I love that song. The Garden State has an amazing soundtrack. My brother in law is going to burn it for me. That movie, and Napolean Dynamite, are the best movies I've saw in a long time.

I havn't seen Napolen Dynamite... what's it about?
And while we're talking about music I have to say:
Rain King by Counting Crows (I'm listening to it now just so I could write it here :) )

Keane I like also. Snow Patrol is good if you like Keane.

Napolean Dynamite. So hard to explain. On the surface it's just a brilliant comedy that makes you laugh constantly. You can watch it for that reason only and be satisfied. It's a story about a boy who is smarter and more self confident, as he should be, then the rest of his peers. As we know, the average youths frontal lobe is not developed yet :) . Because of that, he has a few rough moments, due to his peers, but his brilliance pulls him out of it instantaniously. And it's not the focus of the movie, by any means. He doesn't give in to bullies. His friend Pedro is smart like him also. It's just awesome. Check it out, and you won't be disapointed.

Even the deleted scenes, could have, and I think, should have, been put in the movie.

I don't know. I didn't find Napoleon Dynamite too funny. It just doesn't satisfy my taste. *shrugs* I just guess it's hard for me to relate.

I'm not sure it's about relating. As a 27 year old woman, I've never been a teen age boy. Everything is subjective. It's my type of humor. We're all made different. But to the person who likes Garden State, I would say check it out. Those are seriously the only two movies I've found appealing in a long time.

There's this indi German film I'm going to check out, it's supposed to be hilarious, I'll let you guys know.

Now Playing: Dire Straits - Romeo And Juliet [07:59 of 10:05] On The Night 4

Great music, this. Especially the live versions I have in this playlist. Both Alchemy CDs, and On The Night. Three CDs of live Straits!

Oh, and don;t forget the Audioscrobbler group!
