OOC: O rly? O_O I never would've thought of that! Thanks for explaining!

Actually I don't think I've met this particular character. Glad I haven't, they would probably be damn annoying. "......" is not communication. It might be taken as your character standing there with mouth half open and looking stupid, but you could describe that with a sentence, or say "Errrrrrrrrr..."

Fixed. For maximum make the player feel stupidness. Especially effective when you are known for great spelling and grammar and nice words.

I don't know what to do with this girl, or what I am doing with her, or what she'll do with me. I don't know if I'll relapse my cocaine habit, because I've used, but avoiding the addict patterns, but yesterday felt a lot like the old days, on my own in my room, nothing but the next line on my mind and the aftertaste of self-disgust masked by chemical euphoria. I don't know how long it's been since I showed up for my psychologist's appointment, I've put it off at least several weeks. I don't know how I'll tell him that I tried heroin, resumed occasional cocaine use and got my heart broken without him thinking I'm unstable. I don't know if I am stable, as a matter of fact.

I hate not knowing.

Diego, that this girl has caused you to start doing cocaine again, even if only occasionally, suggests to me that you aren't stable. I'm sorry. I'd suggest telling your psychologist the truth.

I don't consider drug use and stability to be at odds. That said, I don't lie or conceal the truth, as a life policy. Which makes the psychologist appointment that much more anxiety-producing.

No, but you sounded as if you had quit and wanted to stay away from it. If that is indeed the case, you should see your psychologist before you get full-on addicted again.

Sorry, but that is really funny.

Am I the only one annoyed when people gush about chars that died a year or more ago? You could ask them how their day is and they'll somehow segway that into talking about the damn char. Get over it!

I have no social life. It's one of my fave holiday 3-day weekends and I have no plans. I actually wanted to do yardwork today, but it's raining.

I did quit and did intend to stay away from it, for some time, to ensure I was really off the hook. My usage was resumed by proximity to her, but at a time wherein I was comfortable enough with my sobriety to accept cocaine as a casual vice, like pot and alcohol and gambling. Saw my psychologist that week, told him about it, but it was nothing to worry about. Last night though, rather than snort a couple bumps now and then at a bar or club, I was by myself with the leftover baggie, locked in my room with Miles Davis and John Coltrane, doing big-ass lines on a mirror by myself while sweating, smoking and rearranging things. It felt a little too close to what it used to feel like, and that made me sick of myself the entire time, on some level.

So no more keeping a bag when I go home. But damn, man. Some things just don't change, y'know?

Well....I still have an emotional connection to my old charries but since we've never chatted, I know you're not talking about me lol. It's like a friend who has passed on...you don't want to forget them.

That sucks, but in this day and age, if your home is the only place offering interwebs, I'll be honestly shocked.

I could go to any building in the surrounding 200km and get access. Or sit outside and use my phone. It's not that hard.

Ha, well, I'm kind of a shut-in so I don't know most of my neighbors and the ones I do know don't have internet...or phones, for that matter....and my cellphone isn't nearly technologically advanced enough to get on the internet. I suppose I could have checking on it when I went to the library...but I was more worried about Cantr than FTO...and I didn't think the char would die in 5 days, but oh well..lesson learned, right?
