I'm just gonna say Arsenal 'cause my dad likes 'em :P I don't watch as much as he does so I'll just assume he knows better than me on this subject.

Seriously im not kidding no offence to the US but your footie team is beyond pants you had a really easy ride in the World cup and anyone who thinks that there good because they got as far as they did has got a serious lack of knowledge about this buetiful game. Sorry its the truth.

OK PLEASE, honestly this is serious, anyone who says the USA will ever win a gold medal in Ice Hockey are mental... but they did!

OK PLEASE, honestly this is serious, anyone who says the USA will ever lose a basketball game in the olympics are mental... but they did!

What a sad, sad spectator sport to watch if the underdog never won.

As for exciting vs slow play, I always thought the very low scoring football/soccer games were slow and boring. I enjoy playing and watching American football as well as rugby because I prefer physical sports with great hits, catches, runs, and intensity.

I also think baseball is too slow to watch anything except highlights on the news.

But to each his own.

Violence is great. I wish they'd bring back gladiatorial combat. I'd compete.

Ice hockey was created when some person decided to play the english game of hockey on ice, so its more like this:

Um look a big sheet of ice oh look my ice skates i think il play hockey on skates DING a new game.

Sorry to bring up an old topic, but here goes...

Arsenal will almost certainly win (damn) now, but Manchester United gotta be my favourite team since I began watching football (years ago). At least Arsenal were first looking for the treble of the Champions League, FA Cup, and the Premiership... now all they have is the Premiership. HA. (sorry).

Shame about Ferdinand... his punishment was WAY too harsh, when compared to other cases of the same sort.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. It is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Only I will remain.
