Cantr constitution isn't US constitution. You are not allowed to discuss PD case details here.

That is perfectly understandable. But, please, have a little dignity. Petty name calling and childish insults have never progressed any situation. If what you say is the truth, then present the facts, and handle the situation like a mature adult. Calling everyone a Nazi is completely out of line, uncalled for, and juvenile.

I think all anyone wants is to keep the peace and have discussions in a polite, civilized manner.

Uhhh, this constitution doesn't have anything which directly says my roommate and I cannot do what we did. Nor does it even say I can't take my case public.

All it says is: Both the Game Administration Council and the Game Administration Board will take their decisions by simple majority vote, unless otherwise stated. If there is a deadlock in votes, the respective Chair decides.

And I am now showing you all my case now. It took a little bit of time to show you all the value of freedom of speech, but now you all aren't censoring me, so thank you.

There is another part of the constitution which some Cantr staffers need to reread though: All staff members will have to work to preserve or stimulate: 2) the professionalism in the approach of players

I am now resting my case.

A person can use freedom of speech in a respectful and kind way. You were exorcising freedom of insults which, in this forum, is not taken to very kindly. A person could have, just as easily, politely stated the facts. You did not do this at the start, and you are still being rude by suggesting that you are superior and that Cantr in someway "needs" you.

fuschyou, I would like to grab you around your neck and...

The game staff can do whatever whenever they want.
Seriously try taking this to court. Any lawyer would laugh you
out of their office.
The owner of this game can say what goes on here. It is his site.
It is not public. If not mistaken the server is not in the United States.
Those that you have called "lesser evolved folk".

I am very surprised you are still around posting.
If I was an admin you would be gone and deleted.

Even in the U.S. there are limits on this within the laws. This, however, is not the U.S. It is an international forum in an international environment called the internet. The rules are created by the people that own the sites/forums/whatever (it is very much like their home, it is their space, isn't it?), and if you want to get along, you respect those rules. You did not respect those rules.

Especially when it comes to politics.

You can say what you want, when you want, where you want... So long as nobody listens.

What I gather from your posts is that you are quite ignorant when it comes to freedom and rights. You say that you are a American, but yet you don't show some of the very basic knowledge of freedom and rights that you are so adamantly crying out for.

Let me start off by saying that I am a full-blooded American and very proud of it. I am starting college next year, and will be majoring in one of the critical skills needed to join the FBI. So, I love this country, and will spend the rest of my life serving it if all goes well.(I just wanted to tell you that so you would actually regard me as a human and not ignore what I have to say, and call me a Nazi because you don't think that I am an American)

Anyways, back to the freedom of speech topic. As with any other freedom in the USA, you are free to do as you will, unless it infringes upon the rights of another. You cannot go kill someone and then say, "Well its a free country and that means I can do whatever I want!". Any American knows this, and probably so does any other normal person in the world(normal meaning not ridiculously stubborn like you). So, it is the right of the owner and admins of this forum is to kick off whoever they don't want here, for whatever reason. You have freedom of speech, but if you go too far they have every right to ask you to please stop, or lock your threads, or kick you.

The analogies that several others gave about going into someone's house, or their back yard were very good. That is exactly what is going on here. This is a place that belongs to someone(Jos and whoever else owns it), and you cannot behave immaturely without expecting consequences. If you came to my house and behaved the way you have, I would have already told you to leave.

With all that said, I wish you would present yourself in a less immature fashion, because you are giving us Americans(which you apparently believe are the only good people in the world and everyone else are Nazis or lower people as you have said), a bad name.

Sincerely,
Elros

The #1 rule of the intarnets is: Whoever uses the words Hitler and/or Nazi first automatically loses any argument due to outright being too ridiculous and annoying to live.

OH, dude, you are so lying. I don't believe you are old enough to have a roommate to begin with. If you are. that's even sadder because you seriously act like an immature 12 year old (sorry all 12 year olds, I know some of you are very responsible).

Do you think one single person will believe that you and your (imaginary) roommate don't discuss what is going on with your chars? That level of responsibility is light years beyond what you have demonstrated. You fool no one, goofball.
