I want to get a copy of Dark Cloud on ps2.... Apparently it is not sold anymore.
I loved that game.. Think that was the one that you went around fighting monsters and getting balls to make towns up. Then you find things in the houses of treasures.... Darn the Dark Cloud makers... why did they stop making them!

Usually I don't post here, but since I can't believe there is someone whose favourite game is the same than me I will post
.
1- Harvest Moon: this is such a great game, I have been playing the first one, the one of SNES long time ago, but then I downloaded MFOMT and has been the one who I have been playing so far.
2- Alpha Centaurii: I like most of civilization series, but by far this is the better. The whole story, with all the "interludes" is great, and the complexity of the whole world is spectacular. The expansion, alien crossfire, is pretty neat too.
3- Patricians 3: this is a naval comerce simulator, all the developing in the social status and the expansion of the city is also really cool. The expansions, Port Royale are not as good, since they are too simple.
4- Tropico 1 and 2: both this game are cool, the first one you are the "president" of a small tropical island, and besides building the island you have to decide which side of the diferent politic ideas you align with (if you align with any). The second, pirate cove, is like the first one but ambiented in a pirate island. Even if the naval part is quite badly developed is still a very good game.
5- Sim City series: I have played all of them I think, and they are really good. Even dough the story is quite bad, and you could get bored of any of them very easily all of them were the best at their times. Sim city 2000 was my first PC game (along with Alone in the Dark, another terrific game) and sim city 4 is so spectacular in it's graphics that makes it a great game for relaxing.
(also I like a lot the Red Alert series, Caesar series, Monkey Island and there are some pretty neat RPG in snes, but now I'm too old to choose a particular one)

1. Dwarf Fortress
2. Noctis
3. Cantr II
4. XCOM: UFO Defense
5. Civilization IV (or civ 2, I'm not sure which one I like more)
I've put links and reviews of these games (besides Civ 4 since most know about that one) on my website. You've got to play Dwarf Fortress and Noctis, if you haven't. They are freaking unbelievable!
