A special type of mental retardation all too common these days.
Rigel is a nothing.
Rigel is one of those kids you never notice in real life, who always desperately seeks someone's attention whether it be through misguided social interactions or troublemaking. He has no particular talent in life, or skill, or anything that differentiates him from the perpetual haze of sheeple surrounding him in a bland gray cloud. He might 'like' rock music or swoop hair, or be way into vampires or football, but really, he's a blank slate. A nothing. A nobody. Not even person enough to be one of the mass-murdery types, like Columbine or the Oklahoma City dude.
So he ends up where most of these children end up, not even good enough to be called true Trolls (see Man In The Hat for true Trolldom). He ends up in forums and threads, comment boards and anywhere a /b/tard or a gratuitously misspelled word is found.
So the question becomes, what to do with this little scrap of nothing that has wandered into our domain?
Should we show him the error of his ways? Should we use simple logic to convert him from stupidity to something resembling intelligence?
Well therein lies the crux of the problem; the nothings are mysteriously resistant to the forces of logic, thought, and all things at all desirable.
So that leaves us with one of two options:
We can, as a means of eradication, ignore him, thus ensuring the death of one more little nothing, and making the Interwebs that much safer for us all.
Or, as will most likely happen, and has already happened, for trivial entertainment and leisure, we can humour him: argue with him, jab at him, give him any general acknowledgment of his existence, that which he so desperately craves.

For myself, it's 7:30 am, I've not been to sleep since 4:00 yesterday, and Cantr crawling so slow it's practically dead--everyone's asleep, as always. So I'm choosing to humour him, for the moment. The rest, is up to you.

well no sadly you are mistaken dear child. I hate vampires for one unless there Ann Rice ones and even then I dont love them I just read them. Foot ball is for losers I watch Soccer and am a Machester United fan and sad they lost to spain. I dont like most rock music I find that it has no tallent and is along the lines of most 70's disco as in it gets out on the market to sell not because it is any good.

Also being a blank slate is a good thing I am not programed into following blindly. and by the way dear child most mass murdering types are not no bodys but more like your average joe. For instence Ted Bundy had many friends one was a writer who wrote about the things he was doing but ha no idea what he really was. and alot of times those people are insane I m very sane.

And I know very well I exist so no problem there. and by the way I am not online all hours of the day unlike most of people here seem to be ever morning i go out wit an axe and cut down treas chainsaw would be faster but i saw a guy almost cut his leg off when it kicked back so i stick to the tired and true way. I sell the wood cause there i no work here but i am not lazy and sit around on the computer all day. I then 4 days a week help out at an animal shielter and then I hang out with friends the flech and blood kind not morons online. Now I will be honest I am a prick and a bastard but I dont try to hide this fact because of this i do have many friends.

Oh, and Rigel, my dear friend. (I'm just being polite, there is no honesty in the word 'friend'.) I feel so sorry for you(r friends(?)). We spend a lot of time on here because we like to, and probably like each other (, except you, of course, my friend).
As if that isn't enough, it is also hard to meet each other when we're scattered around the world. We all have real friends too (, probably), and even jobs (, school, or college)!
Not all of us employ jobs that are physically challenging, but more of a mental challenge. This way we all contribute to society. The ones that just weren't born smart, the ones that had the luck to be born smart and those that skip school and waste their lifes.
