My oldest son's birthday is coming up on November 30...the big 23. Happy Birthday Dan! He shares his birthday with Mark Twain and was born in 1986, the first time Haley's Comet came to visit again since Twain's death. He is not a dark satirist though...:D. Daniel and his lovely wife:

My dad worked on a ship with Edgar Allen Poe's brother, Robert, or something...nothing to do with Mark Twain though. Lol!

But apparently Robert used to be this huge friend of the family, and he was my favorite, or something...

At least, that's what my dad tells me. I don't even remember him. XD

Edgar Allen Poe died in 1849. It's not likely he has living brothers.

His name is Robert Poe, he is a relative to Edgar Allen Poe though. He is a direct descendeant and is an author as well. I have his autographed book he gave me one year. Very nice guy. I remember him quite well.
